This is not medical advice

Everything here is general information for education. It is not medical advice, it does not create a doctor and patient relationship, and it cannot replace care from a professional who knows your history. Our medical disclaimer sets this out in full and forms part of these terms.

Our content

Unless stated otherwise, the writing, design and code on this site belong to us and are protected by copyright. Our copyright notice explains permissions and how to report infringement.

Scripture quotations name their translation. Quoted material from other publishers is attributed and remains theirs.

What you send us

If you email us or use the contact form, you confirm that what you send is yours to send and does not break anyone’s rights. You give us permission to read it and reply to it.

Please do not send personal health information. This is not a secure medical channel.

If you send us a correction or a source suggestion, you agree we may act on it and publish the corrected page without payment or credit, unless we agree otherwise with you.

Outside links

We link to crisis services, medical bodies, news coverage and social posts. We do not control those sites, we are not responsible for their content, and a link is not an endorsement. Their own terms apply once you leave.

No warranties

We publish this site as it is and as it is available. We do not promise it will be accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties.

Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site, from anything you read here, or from any action you take or do not take because of it.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Your responsibility

You agree to cover our reasonable costs if a claim is brought against us because you broke these terms or misused the site.

Availability

We may change, pause or withdraw any part of the site at any time without notice. We do not promise it will always be available.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the bottom shows the last change. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not remove protections you have under the law where you live.

If part of this fails

If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
